Informed debate is pivotal for the development of a better democracy and one of the key stakeholders identified within this debate is the Media. Thus, CDPR’s first event was designed to fulfill two objectives. First, the event served as the launch ceremony of CDPR to develop the recognition of the organization within the policy sector in Pakistan. Second, the event was used to introduce a debate on the Taxation Sector in Pakistan. The event targeted local media agencies and as well as leading opinion makers within national news agencies.
