REMIT, in collaboration with the Ministry of Commerce and CDPR, has undertaken an initiative to redesign the Export Development Fund (EDF) – with an aim to enhance its capacity, increase export productivity, and ensure efficient disbursal of funds.  This event took place on 5th November, 2024, in Marriott.

This workshop brought together private and public sector stakeholders to create and inclusive approach to hear feedback from all EDF stakeholders on the challenges and barriers of the EDF, its success stories and best practices, and future improvements . This feedback provided insights as to how to elevate Pakistan’s trade potential, and will feed into the Strategy Report being prepared by CDPR.
