Mansoor A Sultan and Dr. Sher Afghan Asad discuss the digital transformation process and how effectively it can help the provincial tax administration in Pakistan and its potential impact on the tax system.

Mansoor A Sultan is a digital change leader with over 27 years of experience. He has held chief experience officer roles at the country, regional and global level in key business and technology functions. He was on a World Bank consulting contract as Chief Information Officer (CIO) at the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) in Islamabad.

Dr. Sher Afghan Asad is an assistant professor at the Lahore University of Management and Sciences (LUMS). He has completed his Ph.D. in Economics on Fulbright Scholarship from Iowa State University in June 2020. He has worked on multiple research areas in close collaboration with government and non-governmental counterparts.
