Sajid Maruf Khan has over twenty years of work experience with public and private sector organizations in the fields of accounts, finance, audit, project planning and management. He started his career with a chartered accountant firm, Grant Thornton and later joined Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS) where he has served in senior management positions.

Khan is a qualified Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA) from the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK. He received his B.Com degree from the University of Punjab and BSc (Honors) in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University (OBU), UK. He obtained his Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting & Finance from the Liverpool College of Management Sciences, UK. Mr Khan also has a Fellow Public Finance Accountant certification (FPFA) from the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants.
